Titan Securities Pty Ltd (AFSL 307040) is currently inviting experienced equities researchers to operate independently under their Australian Financial Services Licence. This opportunity is suited to professionals seeking to provide general advice through a subscription-based research service.

This is a fixed-fee authorisation arrangement. You pay a set monthly fee to operate under their AFSL, and in return, you retain 100% of your revenue. The model is designed for individuals who want to build their own research brand and subscriber base without the cost and complexity of holding their own licence.

As a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR), you will be authorised to provide general advice on ASX, NASDAQ, NYSE, Dow Jones, and other listed markets. You will be responsible for producing your own independent research, market commentary, and investment insights for retail clients.

To be considered, you must have at least five years of relevant experience in equities research or financial markets. RG146 compliance in Securities and Managed Investment Schemes is essential. You must be capable of operating independently while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulatory standards.

Titan Securities provides full Responsible Manager supervision and compliance oversight, enabling you to operate under your own brand and platform with confidence.

This opportunity is limited to only two more corporate authorised representatives across general, personal, or wholesale advice. They intentionally cap numbers to ensure proper supervision and maintain full compliance with regulatory obligations.
